Shipping policy

ORDER DISPATCH

As a small team, we endeavour to process your orders as soon as possible. Orders will typically be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We may experience delays during high volume periods, such as sales or new product launches. 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

For orders over $100, we offer FREE standard delivery. For express delivery (1-3 days delivery) on orders within Australia over $100, we offer a flat rate of $10.

For orders over $250, we offer FREE EXPRESS delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is $39.95 AUD for all countries outside of Australia (excluding New Zealand. International shipping usually takes between 7-10 business days. 

International shipping to New Zealand is $19.95 AUD.

In some countries, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. Please check your country’s duties and taxes to determine whether you will be charged.
